Winter conditioning is now underway. We have about 50 ergs (indoor rowing machines) that we use five days a week, from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. Our erging facility is located at:

Columbus, OH 43231-7648 Please download and bring acompleted waiver (under attachments)
We expect to be on the water March 1st (or sooner if the ice melts)
